Alexandre Almeida

Alexandre Almeida is a Brazilian guitarist from Paraná. He started his journey in music at age 10 influenced by his father. At age 12 he began playing in live gigs with his father and at age 15 he started performing with various local artists, playing different styles.

Alexandre is a self-taught musician, in 2003 he began giving lessons to friends and acquaintances and in 2005, teaching became his profession. He started a Youtube channel in order for his students to have access to his material after class.

Today he is known mainly for his work on Youtube with reviews and video lessons. His online courses via Skype and Whatsapp follow an innovative schedule, showing the importance of knowing how to create music instead of copying, enabling the student to put into practice all the concepts learnt from theory.

Alexandre is a versatile musician, who dominates a wide variety of styles, from Rock to Gospel, makes his living from music, whether it's concerts, workshops and the Alexandre Almeida's Music School.
